KAIZEN in Action for Fiji

The training was designed specifically for the Fiji project, guiding participants through the complete lifecycle of creating a new E-Service and integrating it into BusinessNow’s Citizen Centre and Government Centre. Through hands-on exercises, live demonstrations, and real integration tasks, participants gained practical experience with KAIZEN tools and workflows.

Training Highlights

• Innovative Service Design: Participants learned how to design, develop, and deploy a digital service using KAIZEN. The session provided deep insights into development processes while exposing teams to real-world scenarios and challenges.
• Fiji-Specific Customisation: KAIZEN was tailored to Fiji’s requirements, incorporating features such as payment processing and secure digital forms and payment processing. These configurations ensure the E-services meet local needs and cultural contexts.
• Integration & Testing: Trainees integrated their newly created E-service into the BusinessNow platform and conducted functional testing to ensure a seamless, efficient user experience.
• Security & Compliance: The training emphasised best practices for data privacy and secure service processing in alignment with Fiji’s government standards.
• Empowering Local Teams: By equipping Fiji’s government staff with the skills to develop and maintain their own E-services, KAIZEN is fostering a self-reliant and innovative digital workforce capable of driving future enhancements.
