This partnership is set to drive national digital transformation initiatives across Fiji while fostering local talent development, innovation, and the adoption of next-generation digital technologies.

- Authorized Service Partnership: Telecom Fiji is now the Authorised Service Partner for the KAIZEN Agentic Platform, leading local implementation, delivery, support, and capability development.
- Local Capability & Talent Building: The alliance establishes structured training programs, certification pathways, workshops, and mentorship initiatives to build advanced skills in software engineering, AI, and platform development.
- Co-Development Initiatives: Specialists from both Telecom Fiji and TOPPAN Ecquaria will collaborate directly to facilitate rapid capability transfer and ensure long-term operational sustainability.
